Freedom Boat Club, LLC, Freedom Franchise Systems, LLC, Brunswick Corporation, and their direct and indirect affiliates (“Brunswick”, “we” or “us”) welcome your participation through uploads, posts, and support (your “Contributions”) on our websites, apps, social media pages, or similar channels (the “Platforms”). By responding affirmatively, either through the use of an indicated hashtag, phrase or statement (which may include, but are not limited to “#agree”, “I agree”, “ok”), or by clicking/checking the appropriate location on the website indicating your agreement, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

You hereby agree and consent to the unrestricted, unlimited use of the photographs, video, text, likes or other content submitted in your Contributions on the Platforms. This constitutes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, transfer, create derivative works from, distribute and display any Contribution, including your personally identifying information. You have read and understand the above and are over eighteen (18) years of age. You further agree and attest that you are the legal guardian or natural parent of any minor children/ wards depicted in any Contribution; you own, or have legal license to all aspects of the Contribution and can legally agree to these terms on behalf of any minors or third parties appearing or referenced in the Contribution.

Your Contribution, and agreement to these terms does not indicate that we will use such Contribution on any Platform or in any materials, and we have the sole discretion to make that determination. You nonetheless agree that Brunswick shall not be liable for, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless and release Brunswick, along with any affiliates (including, but not limited to, officers, employees and directors), with respect to any claims, demands or causes of action that you, your affiliates, or any third party may have related to our use of any Contribution.
