Freedom Boat Club is a boating adventure made simple. At Freedom Boat Club, we believe that life is better on the water and that boating should be easy. Established in 1989, Freedom Boat Club is the worlds largest members only boat club. We invented the boat club concept over 30 years ago in Sarasota, FL and now we’ve brought it here to you in the PNW.
As a Freedom Boat Club member, you gain unlimited access to a new fleet of boats and reciprocal use of hundreds of clubs nationwide including Canada and Europe! We clean, moor, maintain and insure the fleet so that you don’t have to. We do it all for you so you can focus on enjoying life on the water with the people you love.
We are open 7 days a week and have a state of the art reservation system. This puts the convenience of reserving a boat right in your hands through our app or website. Pick your day, marina and boat, then let us get it ready for you and offer best in class service when you show up for your adventures on the water.

Just pay a one-time entry fee and select one of our membership plans. Your local Club will have a variety of plans to match your recreational boating needs.
Your safety is our No. 1 concern. So we give all our members unlimited training with certified captains. And if you wish to boat in a new location, they’ll show you the waterways.

We signed up and had our new member orietation.We spent the better part of the afternoon on the water on Commencement Bay familiarizing ourselves with a new Merry Fisher 695 doing docking procedures and other useful small boat evolutions. Shawn is a great instructor, no matter what your previous experience is. Could not be happier.

Reserving a boat has never been easier. Simply log in to your reservation dashboard and choose your desired date, vessel, and time slot.
Freedom Boat Club is truly unlimited boating. We allow up to 4 rolling reservations at any given time. Simply put – you can have 4 reservations on the books. Once you use one, you free one up. You may book up to 6 months in advance!
