LOUISVILLE LANDING MARINA
Louisville Landing Marina is located right off 140 just over the Knox County/Blount County line. A centrally located location with easy access from Maryville, Alcoa, West Knoxville and Downtown Knoxville.
Our fleet is a variety of tritoons (some with slides!), Bowriders, Surf Boats, and more! It is perfect for recreational activities such as skiing, wakeboarding, surfing or just sitting in the middle of a cove, enjoying the view, and spending time with family and friends.
Fort Loudoun Lake, part of the Upper Tennessee River, is 55 miles of navigable mainstream waterway, 379 miles of shoreline and 14,600 acres of water prime for recreation, boating and fishing. It’s known for its great bass and catfish. It’s host to a great many land animals as well, including herons, osprey, turtles and even the bald eagle..

How much is it? Are there different membership options?
The pricing structure is much like a country club. You will pay a one-time entry fee and monthly dues based on the membership that you choose. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about membership options and current promotions!
How do I make a reservation?
Reserving a boat has never been easier. Simply log in to your reservation dashboard and choose your desired date, vessel, and time slot.
How much can I boat?
We allow up to 4 rolling reservations at any given time. Simply put – you can have 4 reservations on the books. Once you use one, you free one up. You may book up to 6 months in advance!
How many boats do you have?
Number and type of boats will vary by location. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about the local fleet.
