Freedom Boat Club of Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach and St. Augustine was established in 2009. We were awarded 2017 Franchise of the Year by Freedom Boat Club and voted Best Boat Club of Jacksonville 2020 by the Jacksonville Award Program.
We are locally owned and operated by Kevin Seelig and Lisa the "Boatanista" Almeida. Kevin Seelig made Boating Industry Magazine's 40 Under 40. In 2018, Lisa Almeida was honored at Boating Industry Magazine's Women of Influence event.
We are founded by boaters for boaters. Regardless of experience level, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy our wonderful waterways. Our members range from beginner to expert at the helm, and all share one thing in common – the love for boating. Boating is not just something we do, it's a part of who we are. It is at the core of our being. As owners and life-long Floridian boaters, it's not just essential that people be out on the water, we want you to be in it and creating memories.
Independently owned and operated by Affordable Boating of North Florida
"This is the best boat club anywhere. The staff is excellent always smiling and helpful in any way. If your considering a boat club you must talk to them. They are 100% plus in customer satisfaction. Also with this club you have reciprocal locations throughout the US to use a boat while vacationing."
"The most incredible service!! With four children they make it a breeze to boat. So thankful for this club and the memories we have made together as a family!"
"Sold my boat and joined Freedom Boat Club and it’s been a great decision, it’s my second year of my membership and still loving it, saving time and money and enjoying different boats, thank you to the awesome owner and staff for always being so helpful and amazing"
"The staff at this location has always been phenomenal, especially Tony, as he always greets you with a smile. They will help answer your questions and are willing to help fulfill your boating needs so that you can make some great memories on the water in North Florida."
"Awesome and friendly staff. They are always accommodating and make boating simple and fun like it should be!"
"Freedom Boat Club is better than owning a boat. You get to choose from a fleet, use it for a day, and then return for someone else to take care of! What could be better! The staff makes sure you are trained for the boat you are using so all will be safe and then there to help with anything you need."
