Barcelona - Port Ginesta

At Freedom Boat Club we are firmly convinced that the sea, as well as being a public good, is something wonderful. We believe that the Club is the most efficient and complete model to enjoy sailing without worries. At Freedom Boat Club, we strive every day so that our members only have to worry about enjoying the sea and the boats in our fleet, with a young, dynamic team that is always at the disposal of our members. At Freedom Boat Club we prioritise initial training, whatever your level, to sail safely, and continuous training with our activities, refresher courses, and access to skippered trips included in your subscription.

At the base of the Garraf massif we find Port Ginesta, the best marina in Barcelona and the largest in Spain. The base is located 20 minutes by car from Barcelona, 4 miles by boat from Sitges and only 10 minutes by car from the international airport of El Prat. From this port we can enjoy a wonderful coastline with views of the unique and rugged Garraf massif, which descends steeply into the sea, giving rise to a wonderful coastline for sailing, decorated by small coves and shelters between rock formations. Our sailing club members form part of a fun community of sailors who enjoy all the activities organised by our club to learn new techniques, take refresher courses or simply enjoy great sailing days surrounded by friends.
